Trojena is a flagship destination within NEOM — a bold, futuristic development blending mountainous terrain with smart architectural design and immersive digital experiences. Designed as part of Saudi Arabia’s regional development vision, Trojena offers six themed districts combining the real and virtual. Pixela Labs contributed to the creation of detailed Unreal Engine scenes that powered both virtual production backdrops and a cinematic first-person journey film that transports viewers into the future environment — from snowy slopes to underwater worlds.

The project began with incomplete source assets: terrain and building geometry with missing textures, broken meshes, and no lighting setup. Our task was to clean, complete, and animate the 3D world while optimizing it for virtual production, LED wall playback, and real-time rendering.
In addition to visual cleanup and integration, the goal was to deliver fully immersive environments with sound, VFX, and interaction-ready content — creating a cohesive narrative world suitable for film shoots and cinematic sequences.
