This groundbreaking keynote project redefined the boundaries of live presentations. Designed for the largest XR stage in the U.S., operated by LMG, the five-minute keynote combined motion-triggered effects, real-time audience interaction, dynamic environments, and holographic data — all rendered live using Unreal Engine, nDisplay, and Disguise xR. Pixela Labs led the technical and creative development, transforming a traditional keynote into a choreographed multimedia performance.

Scope of work

The goal was to create a presentation where the speaker’s gestures, voice, and movements controlled 3D infographics, holograms, and layered data streams within a series of shifting virtual environments.
Pixela Labs engineered the entire real-time pipeline — from world-building to UI animation, from camera tracking integration to AR logic triggers.
To enhance audience engagement, a real-time Q&A module was built: participant questions appeared as floating avatars or data blocks in the scene, with animated statistics, graphs, and responsive content seamlessly rendered in real time.
